Ok, so I know this is out of character for this blog. I am usually contemplating theological, personal development or entrepreneurial ideas (or just posting cool things about my son), but I was talking to a few friends of mine that I know through one of my work projects and the conversation somehow turned to vegetarian food and I recommended curry as a great place to start.
Wanting to make it as accessible as possible I just sat my phone in a tiny tripod next time I was making a curry and made a short video out of it.
Rather than let the video collect dust on my underutilized YouTube channel I thought I would share it with you too.
